Career Background Summary: Before graduating, worked as a receptionist and then as an Accounts Payable executive in an audio-video distribution company in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. Started my career in Malaysia in 1993, initially in retail and corporate banking and later in human resources.
My core experience is a combination of human resources as well as talent assessment and HR advisory. I have worked in various industries including in health care (hospital), banking, medium-sized consulting firms, energy regulatory agency and diversified conglomerate.
