Career Background Summary: Started my career in 1993, initially in retail and corporate banking and later in human resources (HR) and HR consulting.
My core experience is a combination of human resources as well as talent assessment and HR advisory. I have worked in various industries including in health care (hospital), banking, medium-sized consulting firms, energy regulatory agency and diversified conglomerate.
