Dynamics of Leadership is one of the first courses I enrolled in for my post-graduate journey in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). It has certainly been an enriching experience for me.
While my career has spanned 3 decades going deep into human resources and specifically in the area of talent assessment, the measurement and evaluation of leadership competencies in organisations as well as debriefing talent on their behavioural traits, this course has helped me revive and refresh my knowledge on leadership theories and principles.
While the course has ended, I will continue to refer to the many nuggets of information and sharing done by Dr. Roslizam bin Hassan during the class and where relevant, apply it in my professional space.
